Here is my final shot list, which maybe added to as i edit my documentary as changes could be made.

Filming 19/09/12

I went to Beverley Racecourse to film on the 19th of september it was a lovley day so there was so weather problems apart from the wind that you can hear on the footage and interviews i got lots of variety of shots and had lots of help from staff to acces to parts of the racecourse. I was not allowed to film the horse racing itself but i managed to film the horses in the parade ring. Because i need to perfect my footage and get some more i am going to look at more race days i can go to.

Before I went to the racecourse I had to prepare a shooting schedule to know exactly when I was going to film and to prepare a date for when I could go and film again if my footage wasn’t good enough or I needed to add something. Here is my Shooting schedule…

 I found these dates by going onto the Beverly racecourse website where there is latest news and many more where you can find out about sponsorships for races and venue hire ect

Another thing I had to prepare before I went to film was the questions I may ask the people I was going to possibly interview here are some of the questions I prepared…

I Had to think carefully what to ask each person I interviewed making sure they were not too personal and also making sure they fit my documentary and what it was about.

Jennifer Saunders: Back in the Saddle, ITV1 CLIP

Another documentary came out recently that I decided to look at was called Jennifer Saunders: Back in the Saddle, ITV1 even though horse racing is not included in the documentary it is the type of documentary that I wish to achieve.  In the first of a two-part series, Jennifer Saunders sets out to re-engage the nation with the equestrian sports that she has always loved - eventing, showjumping and dressage talking to many different people about the horse industry from different backgrounds and different sports within horse riding, she tells the story of her life very well and how advanced the horse industry is and how it has changed over the years adding humour to the documentary to make it become more enganging for the audience wish I hope to do with my documentary.
